We pack and ship all copies of Deathwish ourselves! Here are some things you might want to know if you have concerns about your order.
Is your order taking a while to reach you? You may not have to worry! International orders can spend many weeks in transit, and we’ve found that they often get held up at shipping facilities, airports, and post offices. We’ve also seen this happen to a few orders placed within the United States. We ship orders every 2-5 days, so this could be another cause of slight delay. If you’re confident that your order will not reach you, you can email us through the contact page to arrange for a new one to be sent! You will have to pay half of the shipping price again, which we will invoice you for. You can also contact your local post office to see if they’re holding it for you.
If you are ordering from outside of the united states, you should receive a tracking number in the email confirming that your order was shipped. Unfortunately, we don’t have tracking on domestic orders, but you can always contact us if you have questions about yours! We are also happy to help with inquiries about tracking on international orders.
Occasionally, orders are returned to us due to problems with their shipping addresses. If this happens to yours, we’ll contact you and ask if there are any corrections that we can make to your address in order to mail your order again. If it turns out that you did make a mistake when entering your shipping address, we’ll just need you to pay for shipping again when we resend your order.
If your order is damaged when it arrives, we can absolutely send you a new one! Just email us your order number and a picture of the damaged issue(s). Once we make sure that you would like us to send a new order, we will invoice you for half of the shipping price and then mail it within a few days!
